7 AAC 05.650 - Report of adoption
A report of adoption, or of the amendment or vacation of adoption, shall be filed with the bureau for each adoption, or amendment or vacation thereof, decreed within Alaska, on or before the 10th day of the month following the month of final decree. The report form shall be prescribed by the State Registrar.
