7 AAC 05.895 - Style of correction

All corrections and amendments shall be made neatly and legibly, without rendering unreadable any previous entry, by drawing a single fine line through the previous entry, and writing the correct entry adjacent thereto. Wherever possible a different colored ink, preferably a permanent dark red, shall be used for corrections and amendments to further distinguish them from original entries.
