7 AAC 05.905 - Court order controls
A certificate or record made as the result of a court action shall be corrected or amended only in accordance with findings of such court, or of a higher court. The State Registrar in cooperation with the Alaska Court System shall develop procedures and instructions to cover such circumstances.
