7 AAC 12.305 - Services required

(a) An intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded is exempt from the requirements of 7 AAC 12.600 - 7 AAC 12.990, except for 7 AAC 12.610, 7 AAC 12.620, 7 AAC 12.650, 7 AAC 12.760, 7 AAC 12.860, 7 AAC 12.900 - 7 AAC 12.990.
(b) An intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded must comply with 42 C.F.R. 442.250 -.254 and 42 C.F.R. 442.400 -.516 (effective 10/1/81).
