7 AAC 138.030 - Provision of Medicaid state plan services

(a) Except as provided in (b) of this section, the department will pay for a behavioral health Medicaid state plan service provided to an eligible recipient even if the recipient is also receiving services under this chapter.
(b) repealed 6/30/2021.
