7 AAC 26.855 - Sponsorship
(a) A person licensed as a paramedic shall
immediately report to the department, on a form provided by the department, any
change of sponsorship.
(b) When a
sponsor withdraws sponsorship of a paramedic, the paramedic may not practice
above the EMT-I level until the department approves a new physician sponsor.
