7 AAC 45.370 - Separating income from resources
(a) Except as
otherwise provided in this chapter, money received by a member of an ATAP
economic unit is considered income in the month it was received; if any of that
money remains available to the ATAP economic unit in the next month, the
department will consider the remaining money a resource of the economic
unit.
(b) Except as otherwise
provided in this chapter, a cash payment made to a member of an ATAP economic
unit is considered to be income only for one month. A cash payment becomes
income on the first day it is available to a member of an ATAP economic
unit.
