7 AAC 45.950 - Transition from AFDC to ATAP
(a) All rights to
child support that were assigned to the state as a condition of receiving AFDC
benefits under former
AS
47.25.301-47.25.420 and that were in effect
on June 30, 1997 remain assigned to the state as a condition of receiving ATAP
benefits or previously receiving AFDC benefits.
(b) A penalty or period of disqualification
imposed upon an individual under former AS 47.25.310 - 47.25.420 (AFDC
program), and in effect on June 30, 1997, remains in effect until the end of
the specified period.
(c)
Notwithstanding

AAC 49.010 and except for administrative
disqualification hearings for intentional program violations conducted under

AAC 45.585, hearings concerning denials, terminations,
limitations, or modifications of ATAP benefits shall be conducted under

AAC 49.010 - 49.900.
