7 AAC 47.170 - Age at which applicant may be eligible
(a) Applicants 18
years of age or older may be found eligible for General Relief and General
Relief Medical assistance.
(b) An
applicant under 18 years of age may apply on his or her own behalf if the
applicant is living apart from parents or guardian and is managing his or her
own personal financial affairs. A female applicant under 18 years of age living
at home with her parents or guardian may apply without regard to her parents'
or guardian's income if she is seeking a therapeutic abortion.
