7 AAC 52.210 - Standards for release
In determining whether a resident should be released, whether the resident's commitment should be allowed to elapse, or whether a recommendation should be made for continued commitment, the review board shall consider the following:
(1) likelihood
of successful (i.e. crime-free) reentry and reorientation;
(2) best interests of the resident and
society; and
(3) likelihood of
further progress with the program.
