7 AAC 74.030 - Notice of intent to move out of a pioneers' home
(a) A resident
planning to move out of a pioneers' home must give at least 30 days' written
notice of the intent to move.
(b)
If a resident fails to give at least 30 days' notice, the resident shall pay
the appropriate rate for the 30-day period beginning on the date that the
resident gives notice.
