7 AAC 74.070 - Deceased residents
(a) Upon the death of a resident, the
resident's property that is under the department's control will be disposed of
in accordance with appropriate court-approved documents.
(b) The department is not responsible for
funeral, burial, cremation, or similar costs for a resident.
