8 AAC 05.050 - Occupations in or about plants or establishments manufacturing or storing explosives or articles containing explosive components
(a) Occupations,
including sales, in or about plants or establishments manufacturing, selling,
or storing fireworks, explosives, ammunition, or articles containing explosive
components are dangerous and prohibited to minors.
(b) Notwithstanding (a) of this section,
minors may be employed on the premises of a retail establishment that sells
ammunition or articles containing explosive components if the employment does
not involve the handling, stocking, or sales of these items.
