8 AAC 84.040 - Submission of grant proposal
To be considered for a grant under 8 AAC 84.010 - 8 AAC 84.090, an applicant must
(1) demonstrate to the satisfaction of the
department that the applicant's accounting system
(A) is able to provide information on grant
awards, authorizations, obligations, unobligated balances, assets, liabilities,
revenues, and expenses;
(B) has
effective control and accountability for all grant money, property, and other
assets;
(C) has the capability to
compare planned or budgeted expenditures with actual expenditures;
and
(D) is able to provide
accurate, current, and complete disclosure of the financial results of the
grant activities;
(2)
include in the proposal all information required in the solicitation;
and
(3) submit the proposal to the
department at the address and no later than the date specified in the
solicitation.
