8 AAC 90.196 - Report of continuing education for plumber journeyman and electrician journeyman certificates of fitness
(a) At the time of
applicant for renewal evidence an applicant renewing a journeyman certificate
of fitness under
8
AAC 90.180 shall submit evidence that the applicant
satisfactorily completed the requirements set out under
8
AAC 90.192. The evidence of completion must be in the
form of certificate that needs the requirements set out under
8
AAC 90.194(b).
(b) Falsification of any evidence submitted
to the department under this section is grounds for disciplinary action under
8
AAC 90.185.
(c) Falsification of any written evidence
submitted to the department under this section is grounds for disciplinary
action under
8
AAC 90.185.
