9 AAC 23.030 - Fees
Along with a negotiation request submitted under 9 AAC 23.020, an authorized third party must submit a fee of $2,500. The fee is non-refundable, and must be made by cashier's check or money order, payable to the Office of the Attorney General, State of Alaska.
