9 AAC 52.035 - Personal gain
For purposes of AS 39.52.120(a), gain is personal gain if it is
(1) a benefit
to the public officer's personal interest or financial interest; or
(2) actual or anticipated gain, benefit,
profit, or compensation to the public officer or the officer's immediate family
member.
