In accordance with the transfer of administrative responsibility for the Pipeline Act (AS 42.06), enacted in ch. 110 SLA 1981, from the Alaska Pipeline Commission to the Alaska Public Utilities Commission, regulations in 3 AAC 43 are repealed effective 6/29/84, Register 90. Current provisions concerning responsibilities under the Pipeline Act are found in 3 AAC 48.
