This chapter was replaced by 12 AAC 09, adopted by the Board of Barbers and Hairdressers which replaced the Board of Hairdressing and Beauty Culture Examiners under ch. 159, SLA 1980. The new chapter, 12 AAC 09, was first filed as emergency regulations on 11/2/81, Register 80 and became permanent on 3/1/82, Register 82.
