As of Register 127, the regulations in Article 5 [2 AAC 10.400 - 2 AAC 10.440] were deleted by the regulations attorney following the adoption of regulations in 8 AAC 97 by the Alaska Labor Relations Agency, in accordance with the provisions of Executive Order 77.
