As of Register 102, this article was redesignated as Article 19. Before Register 102 it appeared as Article 9. As of Register 102, the sections in this article were renumbered as 20 AAC 05.1900 - 20 AAC 05.1990. Before Register 102, the sections were numbered as 20 AAC 05.900 - 20 AAC 05.990. The history notes for the sections in this article were not changed by the renumbering, and reflect the history of the section both before and after the renumbering. Effective 11/2/84, Register 92, required by AS 16.10.339, the Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission adopted regulations relating to commercial fishing loans. The regulations appear as 3 AAC 80.
