Chapter 104 SLA 1980 repealed the statutes granting authority to the Department of Commerce and Economic Development to adopt regulations setting standards for mobile homes. Therefore, those regulations, in 3 AAC 36, have been deleted from the Alaska Administrative Code, as of Register 75. They were grouped into three articles: art. 1, plan approval (3 AAC 36.010 - 3 AAC 36.170); art. 2, construction standards (3 AAC 36.180 and 3 AAC 36.190); and art. 3, definitions (3 AAC 36.200). See 42 U.S.C. ยง 5401 et seq. (National Mobile Home Construction and Safety Standards).
