Former 3 AAC 80.010 - 3 AAC 80.100 were repealed effective on 9/11/85, Register 95, and the substance of those sections was reorganized and renumbered as 3 AAC 80.010 - 3 AAC 80.090 and 3 AAC 80.900. The new numbering and organization of the material in those new sections bears no resemblance to the numbering and organization of that material before that date. Therefore, the history notes for those new sections do not reflect the history of the sections before 9/11/85.
