Notes
As of Register 130 (July 1994), regulations in this article, which had been adopted by the former Alaska State Housing Authority (ASHA), were deleted by the regulations attorney as obsolete. ASHA ceased to exist on July 1, 1992 (ch. 4, FSSLA 1992) and its functions were simultaneously transferred to the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC). See 15 AAC for relevant AHFC regulations.
