Notes
As of Register 187 (October 2008), and acting under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), the regulations attorney deleted 4 AAC 57.200 - 4 AAC 57.330 and made technical revisions to the authority citation following those sections. These changes reflect ch. 124, SLA 1998, which repealed former AS 14.56.200, 14.56.210, 14.56.220, 14.56.230, 14.56.240, and 14.56.350 effective June 20, 1999.
