Notes

Tit. 6, pt. 7, ch. 91 AAC

As of Register 179 (October 2006), and acting under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), the regulations attorney deleted 6 AAC 91.010, 6 AAC 91.020, 6 AAC 91.030, 6 AAC 91.040, and 6 AAC 91.900. These changes reflect the enactment of ch. 110, SLA 2004, which added AS 09.80 (Uniform Electronic Transactions Act) and repealed former AS 09.25.500 - 09.25.520. The repealed statutes had provided for registration, under regulations adopted by the lieutenant governor at 6 AAC 91, of third-party certifying authorities for electronic signatures. With the repeal of former AS 09.25.500 - 09.25.520, the regulations at 6 AAC 91.010, 6 AAC 91.020, 6 AAC 91.030, 6 AAC 91.040, and 6 AAC 91.900 became obsolete.
