C.
Information other than rulemaking notices required by law to
be published in the Register shall be submitted to the Office
in an electronic medium and in paper copy. This information includes agency
ombudsmen names and addresses, notices of substantive policy statements,
notices of guidance documents, notices of proposed and final delegation
agreements, and notices of formal rulemaking advisory
committees.
D.
An agency shall use the correct notice form prescribed by
the Office when submitting material to the Office for publication or filing. An
agency shall contact the Office when using a form not prescribed by the
Office.
