Ariz. Admin. Code § R1-1-206 - Notice of Formal Rulemaking Advisory Committee
A. If an agency appoints a formal advisory
committee to comment on a rule under consideration, the agency shall, at the
time the committee is formed, submit to the Office for publication in the
Register a Notice of Formal Rulemaking Advisory Committee. The notice shall
contain the heading NOTICE OF FORMAL RULEMAKING ADVISORY COMMITTEE in all
capital letters, centered on a line approximately one inch from the top of the
page and followed by the items listed below in the same numbered order:
1. The name of the agency;
2. The specific rule or subject matter on
which the committee is to comment, if known;
3. The names of the committee members;
and
4. The date the committee was
formed.
B. An agency
appointing a formal advisory committee shall submit a notice annually to the
Office for publication in the Register in the form specified in subsection (A).
