Ariz. Admin. Code § R1-1-401 - Rule Drafting Style and Format

Rulemaking notices and supporting documents shall be prepared, drafted, and filed in accordance with this Chapter, the APA, and be consistent with the recommendations in the Arizona Rulemaking Manual.
