Ariz. Admin. Code § R10-3-104 - Withdrawal of charge
A.
Prior to the execution of a conciliation agreement, a charge filed by a
Charging Party may be withdrawn only with the consent of the
Division.
B. The request for
withdrawal shall be in writing and shall set forth the reasons for such
request. The request must be signed by the Charging Party.
