Ariz. Admin. Code § R10-3-308 - Hearings
All hearings before the Board involving discrimination in Voting and Public Accommodation shall be conducted pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1009 et seq., except as may be modified by A.R.S. § 41-1471.
