Ariz. Admin. Code § R10-3-406 - Amendment of Complaints
A.
Complaints may be amended at any time during the pendency of the investigation.
Amendments may be used:
1. To cure technical
defects or omissions, including failure to sign or affirm a
complaint;
2. To clarify or add to
the allegations in a complaint; or
3. To join additional or substitute
respondents.
B. Except
for the purposes of notifying respondents under
R10-3-408,
amended complaints shall relate back to the original filing date.
