Ariz. Admin. Code § R11-2-301 - Exploration Operation Reclamation Plan Content
A. In addition to the content requirements
found in A.R.S. §
27-951(A),
the reclamation plan shall also include a sketch of the layout of the
exploration project, showing the locations, nature, and acreage of each
disturbance. The owner or operator shall not be required to include specific
survey coordinates, identifying exact topographic features, or exact geographic
locations.
B. For existing
exploration operations, the owner or operator shall include the estimated costs
to perform the reclamation measures to determine financial assurance
requirements under Article 5 of the Act and Article 8 of this
Chapter.
