Ariz. Admin. Code § R11-3-203 - Extension of Time for Submittal of Reclamation Plan
A. As provided under A.R.S. §
27-1222,
the responsible party may petition the Inspector for extensions of time in
which to submit a reclamation plan for an existing exploration operation or an
existing aggregate mining unit.
B.
The Inspector shall not grant an extension of more than 90 days.
C. For each extension petition after the
first, the responsible party shall ensure the revised petition identifies any
changes in relevant factors that warrant an additional extension.
