Ariz. Admin. Code § R11-3-212 - Public Disclosure
A. Any
records, reports, or information obtained or prepared by the Inspector under
the Act or this Chapter must be available to the public as specifically
authorized under A.R.S. §
27-1231.
B. Under A.R.S. §
39-121.01,
a person may request to review or copy any public record of which the Inspector
is custodian.
