Ariz. Admin. Code § R11-3-301 - Exploration Operation Reclamation Plan Content
A. The responsible party of an exploration
operation shall submit to the Inspector a reclamation plan before the
exploration operation disturbs more than five contiguous acres. The reclamation
plan shall include the following:
1.
Information specified under A.R.S. §
27-1251(A);
2. Information to meet the criteria for
approval specified in A.R.S. §
27-1253, as
applicable;
3. A figure or exhibit
of the layout of the exploration operation showing the location, nature, and
acreage of each disturbance. The sketch does not need to include specific
survey coordinates identifying exact topographic features or geographic
locations; and
4. Name and address
of the responsible party.
B. Within 60 days after receiving a
reclamation plan submitted under this Section, the Inspector shall approve the
reclamation plan if it meets the requirements in this Section.
