Ariz. Admin. Code § R12-15-815 - Removal of Drill Rig from Well Site
The drilling rig shall not be removed from the well site unless the well is in one of the following conditions:
1. Constructed in full conformance with
R12-15-811 and R12-15-812 and either sealed with a cap or equipped with a
pump.
2. Abandoned in accordance
with
R12-15-816.
