Ariz. Admin. Code § R12-7-139 - Use of Vacuum Pumps
A. The use
of any device for the purpose of putting a vacuum on any stratum containing
oil, gas, or geothermal resources is prohibited unless authorized by the
Commission.
B. The Commission may,
after notice and hearing, authorize the use of vacuum pumps if the applicant
can show that use of the vacuum will not create waste or infringe on
correlative rights.
