Ariz. Admin. Code § R12-7-192 - Books and Records to Substantiate Reports
A. Each operator, producer, transporter,
storer, refiner, processor, gasoline or extraction or geothermal generating
plant operator, and initial purchaser of oil, gas, or geothermal resources
shall make and keep books and records covering operations in Arizona, from
which are made and which will substantiate all reports required by the
Commission.
B. Books and records
required in this Section shall be available for inspection by the Commission
for at least a six-year period.
