Ariz. Admin. Code § R13-14-204 - Disciplinary Action
If the Board determines disciplinary action under A.R.S. § 22-137(A)(5) is warranted, the Board shall consider factors including, but not limited to, the following when determining the appropriate discipline:
1. Prior
disciplinary offenses;
2. Dishonest
or self-serving motive;
3. Pattern
and frequency of misconduct;
4. Bad
faith obstruction of the disciplinary proceeding by intentionally failing to
comply with rules or orders of the Board;
5. Submission of false evidence, false
statements, or other deceptive practices during the investigative or
disciplinary process;
6. Refusal to
acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct; and
7. Harm caused to a member of the
public.
