Ariz. Admin. Code § R13-7-101 - Definitions
In addition to the definitions provided under A.R.S. §§ 44-1321 and 44-1641 and for the purposes of this Article, the following definitions apply:
1. "Department" means the Arizona Department
of Public Safety.
2. Scrap Metal
and Lead Acid Battery Database" means the Internet-based database supported by
the Department for the collection of data regarding the sale and purchase of
scrap metal and lead acid batteries.
