Ariz. Admin. Code § R13-9-204 - Renewal of Concealed Weapons Permit
A. A Concealed Weapons Permit expires five
years after it is issued. If a Concealed Weapons Permit expires, the former
permit holder shall not unlawfully carry a concealed weapon until the former
permit holder applies for and is issued a new Concealed Weapons
Permit.
B. To renew a Concealed
Weapons Permit, the permit holder shall, no more than 90 days before or 60 days
after the date of expiration:
1. Submit to the
Department the application required under
R13-9-202(1) ;
2. Submit the fee required under
R13-9-102(A) ;
3. If not a citizen
of the United States, submit a copy of the front and back of the federally
issued document that authorizes the permit holder to be in the United States;
and
C. The permit holder
shall be in compliance with A.R.S. § 31-3112(E).
