Ariz. Admin. Code § R14-2-1816 - Waiver from the Provisions of This Article
A. The Commission may waive compliance with
any provision of this Article for good cause.
B. Any Affected Utility may petition the
Commission to waive its compliance with any provision of this Article for good
cause.
C. A petition filed pursuant
to these rules shall have priority over other matters filed at the
Commission.
