Ariz. Admin. Code § R14-2-A1215 - AUSF Annual Report
A. On or before
April 1 of each year, the Administrator shall file with the Commission an
annual report which shall summarize the preceding year activity and contain the
following:
1. A statement of AUSF collections
and disbursements.
2. A record of
the total cost of administration of the AUSF.
3. Audit reports from the audits conducted
during the year.
B. A
copy of the annual report shall be provided to each provider of
telecommunications service who contributes to the AUSF.
