Ariz. Admin. Code § R14-2-B1223 - Discontinuation of E-rate Broadband Special Construction Project Matching Fund Program
A. No
applications for the E-rate Broadband Special Construction Project Matching
Fund Program shall be accepted after the 2018 E-rate FY procurement
cycle.
B. Except as provided in
subsection (C), the E-rate Broadband Special Construction Project Matching Fund
Program shall be discontinued when all of the funds have been collected and all
of the funds collected have been disbursed.
C. The E-rate Broadband Special Construction
Project Matching Fund Program may be discontinued earlier or later than
specified in subsection (B) if required by the FCC or USAC.
