Ariz. Admin. Code § R17-1-346 - Procedure to estimate use fuel consumption
Definitions:
1.
"Assistant Director" means the Assistant Director of the Department of
Transportation for the Motor Vehicle Division.
2."County highway mile" means one mile of
highway maintained by a county for which the county does not receive full
reimbursement for such maintenance from any other entity.
3."Population" means the population as
determined pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. §
28-1598.
