Ariz. Admin. Code § R17-1-514 - Maintaining Administrative Hearing Decorum
A. All hearings are open to the public,
however a person shall not interfere with access to or from a hearing room, or
interfere, or threaten interference with a hearing.
B. If a person interferes, threatens
interference, or disrupts a hearing, the administrative law judge may order the
disruptive person to leave or be removed.
