Ariz. Admin. Code § R17-5-906 - Transportation Network Company - Designated Point of Contact
A.
A transportation service provider shall provide to
the Department the name and contact information of the transportation service
provider's designated point of contact in this state.
B.
A transportation service provider shall notify the
Department within 10 business days of making a change to the name or contact
information of the transportation service provider's designated point of
contact in this state.

transportation network company shall provide to the Department the name and
contact information of the transportation network company's designated point of
contact in this state.
