Ariz. Admin. Code § R18-11-110 - Salinity Standards for the Colorado River
A. The flow-weighted average annual salinity
in the lower main stem of the Colorado River shall not exceed the following
criteria:

B.
The plan of implementation contained in the "2014 Review, Water Quality
Standards for Salinity, Colorado River System," approved October 2014, is
incorporated by reference to preserve the basin-wide approach to salinity
control developed by the Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Forum and to
ensure compliance with the numeric criteria for salinity in subsection (A).
