Ariz. Admin. Code § R18-12-804 - International Code Council Certification; Manufacturer Certification
A person qualifies for certification by the Department as a tank service provider if the following conditions are met:
1. The person holds certification from ICC
for the category of certification being sought.
2. If required by the manufacturer, the
person holds a manufacturer's certification for the use of a piece of equipment
or methodology in addition to holding the ICC certification for the category of
certification being sought.
3. The
person submits evidence of qualification under this Section for the category of
certification being sought in accordance with
R18-12-806(B)(3).
